What does Tailored Coverage Mean?

Great question! We like to create a stress free experience where we take your photographers timeline and basically copy it. This way everything flows for you. We never want you to book 8 hours with us and then realize you have to add hours on once you get your timeline back from your photographer. That’s why we offer tailored coverage. Your wedding may call for 8 hours it may call for 10 hours. Don’t worry, you’re covered! After doing hundreds of weddings all over the country we have found that the perfect timeline for creating an amazing wedding film is about 1-2 hours before you get dressed until about 1 hour before your reception ends. This window is very rarely longer than 10 hours and that’s why all of our packages come with up to 10 hours of coverage.

Does my whole wedding get filmed if my package does not have a Ceremony, Toasts, First Dance Film?

Yes! No matter which package you go with, we are going to film your whole wedding. Each package comes with our Short Wedding film which will have scenes from the best parts of the day. Including your ceremony, your toasts, your first dances, and everything else. Each package also comes with all of your RAW Footage which will show everything filmed on your wedding day. When you’re looking at a package like our Flagship Dream Package; the Ceremony Film, Toasts Film, and First Dance Films refer to 3 completely separate films that will be made in addition to your Short Wedding Film!

What does RAW Footage mean?

All of our packages come with RAW Footage. RAW Footage is everything we film, from every camera and drone! It’s a lot. Our weddings average 3-6 hours of RAW Footage. It will include the good, the bad, and the terrible, it’s everything we shoot throughout the day. It’s also important to note that we do not drop a million clips on a hard drive and call it RAW Footage. We want you to have a better experience than that. So, we take all of your RAW Footage, turn it into 60 minute long clips, and deliver it on a hard drive in stunning 4K. (in 2020/2021 we may be moving RAW Footage to digital delivery since a lot of computers don’t have USB ports anymore).

Do I need 1 or 2 Videographers?

Yes, no, maybe! I think the best way to answer that question is actually with another question. How many photographers did you go with? If you have 2 photographers you’ll probably want 2 videographers this way everything flows nicely. Often when you have 2 photographers they may schedule certain things to happen at the same time. For example, both of you getting ready will happen at the same time, both bridal parties may have their creative session at the same time, etc etc. Can you get away with 1 videographer in that situation? Yes, it just means you’ll have to sacrifice coverage of certain events… since one person cannot be in two places at once.

What does 4K mean?

4k footage is the next resolution up from high-definition. All this means is, we’re going to film and deliver your wedding in the highest resolution we can. We’re going to make it as clear and as sharp as possible by doing this!

Do you charge travel fees?

We only charge travel fees if we have to get on a plane or book a hotel room. All NJ locations and most PA, DE, MD, and NY locations do not require travel fees.

Who will our videographer be?

We don’t want to be just your videographer. We want to be your friend and help you through this whole process! For that reason we only take on a limited amount of weddings per year. Michael Hook will be with you every step of the way. Here to help with planning, your main videographer on the day of, and your editor that crafts your story! From start to finish you’re only dealing with one person.
